OUR PROCESS

We like to have 100% transparency in how we operate.

As an agency that deals with the employment of crew, we believe it is only fair to show what and how we do what we do.

By trusting us in dealing with your future, you have the right to know what we are doing to help you find a new role.

1. Job Posting & Transparency
We gather detailed job info from clients and publish accurate, role-specific adverts. All posts reflect the true nature of the job and are saved for audit purposes.

2. Candidate Registration & Consent
Candidates register via our website, agree to our Terms and Privacy Notice, and upload required documents (CV, passport, STCW, ENG1, etc.). All activity is timestamped for compliance.

3. Introduction Call
We contact suitable candidates to learn about their background, current status, and introduce how we operate and support them as their Agency.

4. Screening & Verification
Candidate profiles are created with all documents, which are manually verified. Expiry dates are logged in our Certificate Tracking System (CTS).

5. Interview & Assessment
We conduct structured Zoom interviews to assess communication, presentation, and job fit. Interviews and notes are stored in the candidate profile.

6. Reference Checks
At least two professional references are verified by phone or email, with forms saved in the candidate’s file for audit purposes.

7. Candidate Submission
Qualified candidates are submitted to clients along with their CV.

8. Client Terms & Interview Coordination
Clients must sign our Business Terms and provide their MLC certificate before interviews are arranged. We coordinate interviews once onboarding is complete.

We ensure MLC-compliant Seafarer Employment Agreements (SEA) are exchanged, saved, and logged. Candidates are supported in understanding SEA terms.

10. Pre-Departure Preparation
We complete a Pre-Departure Checklist, confirm travel details, and collect ICE contacts. Insurance is verified, and repatriation support is in place if needed.

11. Post-Placement Support
Follow-ups are conducted at 1 week and 1 month post-joining. Feedback is recorded and ongoing support provided.
